Flying In

Get the most out of the AviationExpo experience by flying in to the show and get free entry for you and your passengers.

Book your flying-in slot

If you want to fly-in to AviationExpo Europe it is advised that you select an estimated time of arrival ahead of time. To do this simply:
1) Register Online and follow the instructions to tell us when you'd like to fly in.
2) Download the relevant flight procedure information below.
3) Check back here close to the event for important updates, but we'll also keep you informed by email.

If you're flying-in Direct / No-Stop / Without Preclearance from a non-Schengen country the airfield will require some additional information about you and your passengers to allow you to fly in. Please download and complete this form and email it to alex@avbuyer.com so that we can add the details to your booking.
